BLUE BRUSHING GEL NAIL ART: Apply two coats of Beguiling Blue Nail Gel to entire nail plate. Flash second coat then sprinkle the confetti onto tacky surface, cure for 10-15 seconds. Apply Hyper-Base Nail Gel to entire Nail plate and cure for 1 ½ minutes.
